Do you ship internationally?

YES. When you’re ready to checkout, please check to make sure your country is included in the dropdown. If for whatever reason it is not there, please send an email to us at valastaire@esirecords.com and we’ll be happy to accommodate. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted (in your local currency!) 

 

Where’s my confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please reach out to valastaire@esirecords.com and we’ll get it figured out!

 

When will I receive my order?

All orders placed Monday-Friday are expected to ship within 3-5 business days. Don't worry - we work hard to make sure your orders get out as soon as possible! :) Please take into consideration your location when expecting your package to be delivered

For Domestic Shipping (US) please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.

For International Shipping (Outside the US) Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Please also note that you are responsible for any and all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.

What do I do if my shipment is delayed in transit?

We encourage you to reach out to your local post office or the carrier of your package to inquire about your shipment. Phone numbers are listed below and most carriers have a chat support program available on their website for immediate assistance.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, please send an email to valastaire@esirecords.com within 30 days of receipt and we’ll give you instructions to return the product. We’ll gladly replace or refund the merchandise without additional cost.
